Building emotional resilience for Kenya's youth through evidence-based care, compassionate support, and community partnerships.
MindBridge started in 2020 with a single therapist in a small office in Nairobi. We saw young people struggling in silence — no one to talk to, no safe space, no affordable options. That silence became our call to action.
Today, we've grown into a trusted network of licensed therapists serving schools and families nationwide. What hasn't changed is our belief: every young person deserves someone who listens without judgment.
We don't just treat symptoms. We walk alongside students, teachers, and parents until they find their footing again — because healing happens in community, never alone.
The principles that drive everything we do
Therapy should reach everyone, not just those who can afford private clinics. We offer sliding scale fees and school partnerships to remove barriers.
Privacy is the foundation of trust. Every session is 100% confidential, creating a safe space for honest conversation.
We use proven methods backed by research — approaches that actually work for Kenyan youth and their unique challenges.
We partner with schools, parents, and teachers because mental health isn't isolated — it's woven into every relationship.
From our therapy room to school corridors — this is who we are
Licensed therapists, counselors, and mental health advocates dedicated to your wellbeing
More therapists joining regularly — we're always expanding our network.
We're proud of what we've achieved together with our clients, partners, and supporters. Every number represents a young person who found hope.
Whether you need support or want to partner with us — we're here.
You're not alone. These lines are open 24/7:
