Annual Report 2025

Our Impact on
Kenya's Youth Mental Health

A letter from our team — reflecting on our journey, celebrating our achievements, and sharing our vision for the future.

January 2026 Dear Friends and Supporters,

When we started MindBridge Kenya, we had a simple belief: that every young person in Kenya deserves access to quality mental health support — regardless of where they live or what they can afford. One year later, that belief has become our driving force.

In 2025, we reached over 5,000 young people across 34 partner schools. We delivered 5,234 therapy sessions, trained 187 teachers in mental health first aid, and saw 96% of our clients report positive change after completing their therapy journey.

These numbers represent more than data. They represent teenagers who can now sleep through the night, students who can speak in class without panic, and teachers who feel equipped to support their learners. They represent families healing and communities growing stronger.

We've learned that the need is greater than we imagined — and that the solution is simpler than we feared. Young people want to be heard. They want a safe space. They want tools to navigate the overwhelming feelings that come with growing up in a rapidly changing world. We've been honored to provide that space.

Looking ahead, our vision is bold. We aim to reach 500 schools, train 5,000 teachers, and serve 100,000 young people across all 47 counties. It's ambitious. It's necessary. And with your support, it's possible.

Thank you for walking with us. Whether you're a partner school, a donor, a therapist, or someone who simply believes in this work — you are part of this story.

With gratitude and hope,

The MindBridge Kenya Team Building resilience, one conversation at a time.
