General Questions

MindBridge Kenya is a mental health organization dedicated to supporting children, teenagers, and school communities. We provide licensed therapy services both at our therapy room in Nairobi and directly within partner schools across Kenya.

Anyone! We serve students (primary and secondary), teachers, school staff, parents, and young adults. Our services are designed for ages 10 and above, with specialized approaches for different age groups.

Our therapy room is at Harrison House, 3rd Floor, Ngong Avenue, Nairobi. We also come to your school through our School-Based Programs, and we offer online therapy for those who prefer remote sessions.

No referral needed. You can directly book a consultation through our website or call us at 0715 400 987. We'll match you with the right therapist based on your needs.
