At Kamae Girls on August 17th, 2025, we offered counseling services and open conversations on mental wellness. Each shared story reminded us that healing begins with listening — and that every girl deserves a safe space to feel heard, valued, and supported.

Healing hearts, empowering minds

At Gatina, Kawangware, under Youth Care Africa, we proudly held placards advocating for menstrual health awareness. Every voice, every sign, stood for a girl’s right to dignity, education, and care — reminding our communities that menstrual health is human health.

At the 2nd tree planting event at Alliance Girls’ School, alongside the Deputy Principal, we celebrated growth—not just of trees, but of minds. Each seed symbolizes resilience, healing, and the importance of nurturing mental wellness in our school communities.
